How Pitchbox Is Organized: Projects and Campaigns

Projects and Campaigns

Pitchbox organizes your outreach in two levels: Projects are the top-level workspaces, and Campaigns sit inside them.

What is a Project?

A Project is a dedicated workspace for your outreach. Each Project has its own Inbox, Pipeline, Campaign Dashboard, and more. Projects let you separate your campaigns, users, and email accounts, which helps you stay organized as you scale your outreach.

For example, if you work with multiple clients, you can create a separate Project for each one to hold all of that client's campaigns, users, and related details.

What is a Campaign?

Campaigns live inside a Project. Each campaign contains the list of opportunities/contacts you'd like to reach out to, along with your email templates, personalization fields, and outreach schedule.

You can segment your campaigns based on outreach strategy, category or topic, campaign type, or purely for organizational purposes.

  • The Campaign Workflow

Within a campaign, you move your opportunities through a 2-step workflow:

Inspect & Personalize → Compose

  • Campaign Cards

Each campaign has its own campaign card, displayed in the Active Campaigns dashboard of its Project. The card shows the campaign name, response rate, number of saved templates, opportunities emailed, and how many opportunities are in each stage of the workflow.

You can also hover over the flag in the top-left corner of the card to see the campaign's country, the user who created it, and the date and time it was created.
