What Is Last Communication Type?

In Opportunity Search, you can use the advanced search operator, Last Communication Type (LCT), to find opportunities that you need to follow up with and quickly identify where you left off in your communication. 

For example, you can use the following search to identify opportunities that are close to becoming Won that still need attention.

LCT=you replied Milestone=negotiation OR Milestone=almost there
