Can I Re-Order My Contacts?

It is best to reorder your contacts before outreach has started. This is done when personalizing your opportunities.

You can reorder your contacts on the Opportunity Details page once outreach has began. On the right side of the screen, there is your list of contacts. Next to each contact, you can drag and drop the contacts into your desired order.
