What is the Master Inbox?

The Master Inbox can be found within the CRM.


The Master Inbox contains all of your inbound emails account-wide. This includes inbound emails from each project and communications from inside your Partners. Within the Master Inbox, you can respond to emails, tag opportunities, set milestones and filter your responses.


Users can only view emails from projects that they have project access to. An Admin can edit your User privileges from the Users page.
