How Do I Initiate Auto-Follow Up When Sending Out My First Email?

You can initiate auto-follow-up in two different ways:

  • Preview & Send
  • Launch Automation Sequence 

Choose the 'Preview & Send' option in the Compose stage of the Workflow, then check the box labelled 'Auto Follow-Up Sequence' next to the 'Send' button when previewing the email. This allows you to check all of your emails before you send.

Alternatively, you can click the 'Launch Automation Sequence' button.

This will start sending your emails based on the templates and email sequence you have selected for the campaign, and mark all follow-ups as automated. You do not preview any emails when choosing this sending option.
