Custom Field Reports gives you the ability to analyze the data your team inputs for Custom Fields across your Pitchbox account. With Custom Field Reporting you can take a deeper look at your custom data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Custom field reports are broken into a two-step process:
- Step 1: Choose a custom field.
- Step 2: Choose a second custom field or a system field to group by.
In the dropdown for Step 1, you will see your fields arranged by their groups as well as two math functions: Sum and Custom Formula. Math functions can be used with currency and number type fields.
In the dropdown for Step 2, you can group by the following:
- Campaign Tags,
- Opportunity Tags,
- Custom Field.
Once you have selected your custom field and grouping, you can also filter your report further with options for projects, campaigns, milestones, tags and date range. Click 'Go' and view your report.

Note: that the quality of your reports will depend on the quality of the data entered as well as your parameters and filters for grouping in the Custom Field Report.
