How Do I Update a Milestone for an Opportunity?
It’s important to keep your milestones updated so you can stay on top of your outreach campaigns. You can update a milestone in four different ways:
- In your inbox, select any number of opportunities and then select the 'Set Milestone' dropdown. Choose the milestone you want.
- On the 'Opportunity Details' page, there is a table on the right labelled 'Opportunity Information'; select the 'Edit' drop-down next to the right of the 'Milestone'.
- You can also update the milestone while replying to an email by clicking the drop-down menu next to 'Change milestone to' before sending.
- Finally, you can update milestones one by one or in bulk by going to your Pipeline or Opportunity Search. Select all the opportunities you wish to update, then click the 'Switch Milestone To…' dropdown.
