Is There a Way to Retrieve Additional Contact Information (i.e. Social Media Profiles) for Contacts in Pitchbox?

Absolutely! When personalizing an opportunity, you will see an 'Enhance Contacts' button at the top left of your list of contacts. Simply click this button and Pitchbox will retrieve additional contact information for every contact in your list, wherever possible.

This includes (but is not limited to) links to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Gravatar profiles, as well as job title, location, first and last name, and other associated websites. Once you have enhanced contacts, click on the 'Pencil' icon on the right of each contact to view the Enhanced Information.

Within the pop-up, select 'More Info' to see all information found for that individual.
