The Opportunity Details Page

Every opportunity in Pitchbox, whether it was found by a discovery campaign or imported, has its own Opportunity Details page. It is the single place to see everything about that prospect: its emails, contacts, Custom Fields, tags, notes, metrics and where the URL was found. You can also reply, manage outreach, change milestones and save the opportunity as a partner without leaving the page.

Use AI Reply

Click Run AI Reply Agent above the timeline to have the AI Reply Agent draft a response based on the conversation. The agent's on/off status and setup are shown under Opportunity Information.

Start a new thread or send a manual follow-up

In the contact details, click the mail icon next to the contact you want to email. For more on follow-ups, see How do I send out a follow-up email template after my first attempt?

Personalize with AI

Click AI Personalize at the top of the page to generate personalised content for this opportunity, which can then be used in your templates.

📥  Managing Outreach and Inbox Actions

You can handle an opportunity's inbox and workflow directly from this page.

Snooze or archive

Use the inbox actions on the email to snooze the conversation until you're ready to follow up, or archive it once it's dealt with.

Change the milestone

The current milestone is shown under Opportunity Information. Click it to move the opportunity to a different stage. Pitchbox also change the milestone automatically to Got a Reply when a prospect responds, and logs each change in the History tab.

Resume Outreach

When a prospect replies, outreach stops and the Workflow Status changes to Finished. To continue sending your sequence, click Resume Outreach next to the Workflow Status.

👥 Managing Contacts

All contacts for the opportunity are listed on the page, with the primary contact first.

  • Edit a contact. Hover over the contact and click Edit.
  • Add a contact. Use the Add menu at the top of the page.
  • Rearrange contacts. Drag contacts into a new order to choose who is emailed first.
  • Email a contact. Click the mail icon next to the contact.

If a reply comes from an address Pitchbox recognises as belonging to the same site, it can add that person as a contact automatically. You'll see a note in the History tab when this happens.

🏷️ Custom Fields and Tags

Custom Fields hold the data used in your email templates, such as a first name or a recent article title.

  • Edit Custom Fields. Click Edit next to the Custom Fields section, update the values and save.
  • Add or remove tags. Click the tag icon under the site description to tag the opportunity, so you can filter and group it later.

🤝 Saving an Opportunity as a Partner

Click Save as Partner at the top of the page to add the site to your CRM. Partners keep their history and contacts, so you can build on the relationship in future campaigns.

Under Opportunity Information, switch on the Link Monitoring toggle to have Pitchbox check whether your link is live on the site. A warning icon appears next to the toggle if there's something to review.

📝 Notes and Tasks

  • Add a note. Click Add Note above the timeline or in the User Notes panel. Notes are shared with your team and appear in the History tab.
  • Add a task. Use the Add menu at the top of the page to create a task, such as a reminder to follow up.

📊 Metrics and Site Information

The Metrics panel shows SEO data for the site, such as DA, PA, Spam score and keyword counts. Click Refresh to pull the latest values.

The header shows the site's description, social profiles and a link to open the website. Under Opportunity Information, URL Found On shows the exact page where Pitchbox found the opportunity.

Open the Related tab to see other opportunities and partners connected to the same website or contacts. The counts next to the tab show how many related sites and emails there are, so you can avoid contacting the same person twice.
