How Do I Rename a Contact?
To rename a contact, you must be in the Address Book or on the Opportunity Details page of the contact in question. The Address Book can be found in the CRM.
From the Address Book, use the filters in the top-left of your page or the search bar to locate a specific contact. Select the contact you wish to edit. A drawer will appear where you can edit the contact details.
Alternatively, from the Opportunity Details page, click the pencil icon next to the contact you wish to edit under the 'Contact Info' section.
