How Do I Link a Personalization Field?

To link a personalization field, highlight the personalization field in your template and click on the 'Link' icon in the toolbar. Click the dropdown box and select the option '<other>'. Copy & paste the personalization field you want to link (remember that the field you choose should pull a URL (such as Domain, URL Found on, URL List, etc.), and click 'OK'.

To make sure the email is linking properly, send yourself a test email. Previewing the email in Pitchbox and clicking the link will only open the opportunity inside Pitchbox, so you must send a test email to ensure that the email is linking properly.
