Is There a Way to Easily Add My Previous Email to My Follow-Up Template?

You can include your previous email in your follow-up template by adding the personalization field 'Previous Email', this displays as {{OUTREACH_PREVIOUS_EMAIL}} when added to your follow-up template. You can find this personalization field when creating your template under Personalization Fields.

Note: Email previews and test emails using this field will display 'Previous email's content will be here.'
