Email Daily Limit
The Email Daily Limit feature allows you to control how many emails a specific mailbox can send within a 24-hour period. This ensures safer sending practices, improved deliverability, and better inbox reputation management.
Once set, the limit applies globally - meaning all campaigns using that email will respect the same daily cap, regardless of how many campaigns it is attached to.

How It Works
- Each mailbox has a master daily sending limit
- All campaigns using that mailbox will share this limit
- Once the limit is reached, sending is paused until the next 24-hour cycle
- The limit resets after 24 hours based on the selected time zone
How to Set Email Daily Limits
To configure the daily limit:
- Go to Settings
- Select Email Accounts
- Open the Spam Prevention tab
- Hover over the relevant email account
-
Click the three dots (⋯)

- Select Set Daily Limits
- Enter your desired daily sending limit
-
Choose the time zone for the 24-hour reset cycle

- Save your settings
Time Zone & Reset Behavior
- The daily limit time zone defines the 24-hour period used for tracking sends
- After 24 hours in that time zone, the limit resets automatically
- This ensures consistent sending windows aligned with your chosen region
Where You Can Monitor Usage
You can track Email Daily Limit usage in multiple places:
- Deliverability Center
-
Shows percentage of daily allowance used in real time

-
- Campaign View
-
Shows sending status and remaining allowance for each connected email

-
Best Practice
To maintain strong deliverability:
- Gradually increase sending volume for new inboxes
- Distribute sending across multiple inboxes rather than overloading one
- Monitor daily limits regularly to avoid interruptions in outreach
