How Do Automation Credits Work In Pitchbox?

Depending on your plan, you will have a certain amount of automations available as well as a number of actions that can be used each month. 

To view your account's automation usage limit, visit the Usage tab on the Automation page. 

What is an action?

An action is the actual automation trigger firing. Each time an automation trigger is fired, ie. a 'then do this' action occurs, an action credit will be counted. 

As an example, if you have an automation to notify Slack once your campaign has finished prospecting, this will use one action each time Slack is notified. This is what the automation will look like:

You can view which actions have been fired by visiting the History tab on the Automation page. This is what the action will look like:

If you reach your automation and/or actions limit, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to increase your account limit.
