Creating Your Prompts
Pitchbox offers a library of pre-created prompts for you to use in your outreach process. These AI fields can be generated on the Custom Fields page, the Personalization Field Settings page, or your Templates screen.
You can view the available options from the AI Prompt Library. There are AI fields targeted at qualifying your opportunities in the workflow, and others that are focused on generating unique text for your outreach templates. Alternatively, you can create your own prompt from scratch.
Once a prompt has been entered, you need to validate it. We will suggest an alternative if the prompt needs to be stronger.
Scraping Options
Our AI feature works by scraping information from a specified URL. There are several options to choose from. 🔍
Opportunity URL
When choosing Opportunity URL, your AI result is generated from the URL Found On. In short, this is the URL discovered or imported into your campaign.
Home Page
The information generated when using this configuration will be directly taken from the Homepage of the website.
Another URL
Another URL gives you flexibility to choose your own URL to scrape from. This requires a URL Custom or Personalization Field to be made. You select the pre-existing Custom or Personalization Field from the dropdown. Whatever URL is inserted into this field will be the URL used for scraping.
You can use both a Classic and AI options for the URL Custom or Personalization Field.
No Scraping
If you wish for no scraping to occur, you can select the No Scraping option.
Variables
Pre-existing Custom and Personalization Fields can be used within your prompts. For example, if you wish to include the Blog Name in your AI output, you can insert an instruction with the Blog Name token. ✍️
Output Format
If you have a specific output in mind, you can provide instructions on how you would like the AI to generate your result. For instance, you can request the output to be in a multi-line format, a numbered list, or a URL. Our validation process will also offer suggestions to enhance your Output Format prompt. 🤖
