How Do I Remove the Bounce Flag for a Contact?

When an email outreach bounces to a recipient, Pitchbox flags the contact and prevents any additional emails from being sent out. This measure is taken to protect your email account.

If you wish to continue emailing the contact, you can remove the bounce flag by clicking on the red bounce triangle and selecting 'Click to Remove Bounce Flag'.
