Reviewing Scheduled Messages in Pitchbox
When communicating with leads in Pitchbox, you can choose to send your replies immediately or schedule them for a future time using the inbox feature. If you need to review your scheduled messages, follow these steps:
1) Navigate to the "All Emails" tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
2) Click on "Filters" at the top of the page.
3) Adjust the date range
***please note that this range reflects the date the email was scheduled, not the date it is set to be sent.
4) Change the email type filter from "Inbound" to "Scheduled Replies".
5) This will display all your upcoming scheduled messages based on your selected criteria.
