How To Run an MX Right Check?

MX Right automatically checks your email and provides an updated health score every two weeks. However, if you’d like to run a manual check, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings → Deliverability Center.

   

   
   

2. Select the Spam Prevention Tab.

   

   
   
3. Locate the email account you wish to run an updated MX Right check on.
4. Click the three dots (•••) to the right of the email address.

5. Select "Check MXRight Score" from the menu.

   
   

   

The system will run a quick check. This typically takes just a few seconds to generate an updated deliverability report.

To view when the report was last updated:

1. Click on the MXRight Score.
2. Check the published date shown in the report.
