What is Email Rotation?

Email rotation is a method of sending mass outreach through several different email accounts to improve your email deliverability. Simply put, your email outreach is sent by multiple email addresses within one campaign, rather than just one. 🔄

Sending emails using this method allows for your email accounts to share the sending load evenly. This helps preserve the reputation of the sending domain and ensures that messages consistently reach the recipient's inbox. By leveraging different sender addresses and content variations, email rotation also increases the likelihood of higher open rates, better engagement, and improved overall campaign effectiveness. 📧

Pitchbox allows you to rotate between email accounts within all of your campaigns. Implementing the email rotation is straight forward and easy. You add multiple email addresses to your campaign when creating your templates. Ensure that all of your email accounts have project access to the correct project in order to select them from the dropdown.

When sending outreach, Pitchbox will rotate between each of the selected accounts and send distribute your email sending evenly. You can easily view which email account sent outreach to a particular opportunity from within the Sent box.
