Can Every User and Email Account Access the CRM and its Features?

An Admin role has unrestricted access to the CRM and its features.


A User role will only have access to this section if their permissions have been updated to allow access. However, without the CRM access enabled, Users can still access the Master Inbox.

Personalizers and Inspectors do not have access to the CRM at all.



Email accounts can only send emails in the Master Inbox if they have Project Access to the corresponding project. Users can only access the emails of projects they have Project Access to.
