How Do I Preview Emails From My Inbox?

Want to get a fast look at your incoming messages without opening each one?

From your Inbox, simply hover over or click the glasses icon next to any message. This gives you a quick preview of the response, so you can stay on top of your replies without breaking your workflow.

You can choose how you'd like to preview messages in your Inbox—either by hovering over the glasses icon or by clicking it.

To set your preference:

1. Click on your initials in the top-right corner of your screen.

2. Select "My Preferences."

   

3. Find the option labeled "Enable email preview on glasses icon hover."

4. Toggle it on or off based on your preference.

   

This setting gives you control over how previews appear, so you can work the way that suits you best.
