Moving Opportunities

Moving opportunities to another campaign or project

If an opportunity would fit better in a different project or campaign, you can move it. You can move one or multiple opportunities during the Personalize or Compose stages of the Workflow.

1. Select the opportunity or opportunities you want to move.
2. Click Move to Campaign.

1. Choose the Project and Campaign you want to move them to.
2. Match the custom fields between the two campaigns.

Moved opportunities will appear in the same stage of the Workflow in their new campaign: opportunities moved from Personalize will land in Personalize, and opportunities moved from Compose will land in Compose.

Note: Opportunities with email history cannot be moved.

Moving opportunities from Compose back to Personalize

To move opportunities from Compose back to the Personalize stage, you first need to turn on Approval Workflow in the General Campaign Settings.

1. In Compose, select the opportunity or opportunities you want to move.
2. Click Reject.

3. Optionally, leave a note explaining why the outreach email is being rejected.

Once you complete the reject prompt, your opportunities will be waiting in the Personalize stage.
